Rude Assistant Manager - Walgreens 1000 Ogden Avenue, Downers Grove, IL 60515
Super rude assistant manager at this Walgreens . My sister and I came in wanting to return light bulbs. My sister then asked if she can take some passport pictures very politely, he huffed and puffed, then said, "Right now?... Might as well." After he took the photos, he actually THREW the black camera he used to take her photos on the desk and began uploading her photos and if you do not believe me, you can look at the surveillance at this location around 9pm on 7/28/2014. It was extremely uncomfortable and awkward. He then walked up to her and said in a rude tone, "10 minutes." I have NEVER received such horrible service at Walgreens before, so I made sure I read his name tag. His name is Jerrin Bates. I actually love this store and everyone here is always so sweet. The other two employees that were working there, greeted us and asked if we needed anything with sincere smiles on their faces.
