I requested to redeem my earned $5.00 reward Sat July 17 7:00 pm I was unhappy when he did not follow through with redeeming my rewards and said no Mam you will have to use them on your next visit like it wasn't important Call over a Manager for help when an issue comes up and show a customer that you care %uD83D%uDE1F
