I finally found a great pharmacy.... or so I thought. Love the hours, drive thru service and most of the time.... great professional service. I have been with you for over a year now. However, lately.... problems!

When I call the pharmacy hotline for a Rx refill.... not a problem. When I have a specific question, I reach a "call center" NOT the pharmacy. 9 out of 10 times, the call center doesn't have the answer, or pretend they do and if I trust them.... nope... still an unresolved problem.

Two times in the last few months, my ongoing Rx has been "out of stock". It is a Rx that has to be taken daily. Instead of the pharmacy "trying" to call another of their pharmacy locations to fill my needs, they just say they are out and will contact me when the medication is in. They then advise "Me" to call around and try to find.

Yesterday, I gave the pharmacy a new Rx for numerous medicines. I specifically asked they fill one only and put the others on file. Today when I go to pick up, they have filled all but one Rx. No problem? Yes... problem. Now, I have two separate Rx numbers, with different quantities of refills remaining and this isn't what I asked for. When I attempted to discuss this with the pharmacy via the telephone, I was advised by the "Call Center" of telephone and computer issues. After three attempts to contact the actual pharmacy with no luck, my husband went to the store. He was given 4 Rx's instead of one and they told him "No problem". Yes.....problem. You gave me yet "another" problem to break down therefore causing a Big Headache and maybe if you are lucky yet another Rx for this huh?
