rude employee talking to management

I was in the Greenfield store the other morning there was four employees behind the counter one I'm assuming is management she was wearing a vest I overheard the conversation the lady and vest was telling the young man that it was going to be a hard day out of nowhere the young man called the lady in the vest a fucking bitch I don't know why he said it but if this is the way the employees treat management I feel sorry for the management of the store.
