Walgreen's - prescription medication
Recently I had a prescription refilled at my local Community Walgreen's in Las Vegas. To my surprise I was missing half of my meds. So I call them, got put on hold so they could count the pills they had on hand. I wasn't put on hold long enough for anyone to count the pills there. I was told that they were short pills and there was no way they miscounted my pills. In fact I was told that something must have happened to them in between the time they left the store and home. My husband picked them up and he has no clue about what pills are what and what they are used for. I take 10 different meds and he can't keep up with that, he is elderly and wouldn't even know what to do with them. The bag was still stapled when I got them and I have a witness. I called the district manager and was assured that he would investigate the matter and get back to me.To date I have not heard anything from him. I need my meds and can't go half the month with out them. If nothing is done about this issue I will call all local media and my lawyer if need be. This is just wrong
