  • Cashier lied about coupon



    I was checking out with my purchases. I asked the cashier if there were any coupons that I could use. He said no. My purchase total was $66. As he was bagging up my purchases, I noticed that he had taped a "5xpoints" on the register. I pointed it out to him and said, "oh...could I have used that coupon with my purchase?" He said that I could have, but it was too late because he had already finished the transaction. My main complaint with Walgreens is they do this all the time.   • Refused Services



    Stopped in Walgreens store 12898 today. I had never used their pharmacy before. I gave the pharmacy tech., a prescription for oxycodone, prescribed the day before by my pain dr who is an owner of RA Pain Services, in cherry hill, nj. She took all my id, etc and said it would be ready in 20 min. 5 min later, a call came over loud speaker to report for a consultation.   • Horrible Customer Service in the Pharmacy Department



    I went to Walgreens on Tuesday, March 17th to get Allegra D for my allergies. The pharmacist treated me like I was stupid. She didn't let me finish telling her my symptoms or what I took that day. She dismissed me like I don't have a history of having severe allergies, like I haven't been allergy tested, like I don't have asthma, and like I don't have an expired prescription for Claritin D in my medicine cabinet.     On February 12, 2015, last night at 6:54pm I received very rude customer service from the cashier, Waynica, because she wouldn't help in completing my refund and didn't try to understand why I wanted a refund for my items. She never asked me if I had a rewards card and I noticed all of my items rung up regular price. She asked me what I was talking about in a rude manner.     I am writing to complain about the walgreens in prospect Kentucky. I was one of many standing in line at the front cashier the other day. The cashier had a problem of some kind and kept calling over the loud speaker code 60. She also requested the manager come up front to her station.   • Take Care Clinic, NOT taking care of customers



    My 3 year old complaint of an ear ache. It was 6 pm and our doctor's office was closed. As I have done before, I decided to take him to the take care clinic. If it was an ear infection, I did not want him to go through the night with the pain. I need medication for it right away.     I have been an employee at walgreens for 3 months. Most of the employees are black. I am the only white male there. The only other guy is a homosexual black guy who is offended at anything I say. During the first two months there I was very thankful for my job and proud of everyone there. I viewwed everyone as intelligent successful people with goals and such.     I was shocked to see a Santa smoking and trying to get customers in the Walgreens at 20th & Lincoln Milwaukee, WI at 3:20pm on a Sunday. When we stopped he kept on puffing as if nothing was wrong. Iff this is the message that Walgreens is trying to sent to our youngsters, then I will shop somewhere else and make sure that everyone I know does the same.   • Switching Drug Manufacturers



    Lately Walgreens have been getting away with Fraud in their Pharmacy Dept.I`am a Liver Transplant Survivor with Pain Issues.I`am prescribed Methadone for pain.Recently my meds were switch from one manufacturer to another cheap manufacturer.The Meds are not the same even though walgreens says they are.I spend alot of money on other meds there and I should have been notified of a change in brands.   • Printer ink cartridge refill



    Recently I had some HP printer ink cartridges refilled at the Miracle Mile (LA) store. One of them did not work and when I tried to return it I was told it couldn't be done because obviously it worked when it was given to me and I probably did something to ruin the cartridge.
