Terrible Customer Service

On February 12, 2015, last night at 6:54pm I received very rude customer service from the cashier, Waynica, because she wouldn't help in completing my refund and didn't try to understand why I wanted a refund for my items. She never asked me if I had a rewards card and I noticed all of my items rung up regular price. She asked me what I was talking about in a rude manner. She stood there acting like she didn't care so I called the manager over. I asked the manager why the cashier, Waynica, was even at the register with such a bad attitude. Waynica then claims her attitude is better than mine and her job is better than my job. She continued to argue back and forth with me even as the manager tried to pull me aside to do my refund. What made it so bad was the fact that I was treated like a piece of crap and not as a customer. I didn't receive a refund because I needed the items for my son who has the flu. I was already having a bad evening because I had just left the hospital with my son. If I'm spending my money, I deserve respect and good customer service. I've been getting my prescription from that Walgreens for 5yrs and I will not be going back to another Walgreens. I would like to speak with a member of the corporate office ASAP about this matter.

I just had a very similar experience with a return.It is outrageous to be a paying customer and get treated this way.I have already contacted the corporate office.These rude people need to be dealt with asap!
