Prescription filled wrong
I had a refill for a medication, giving me 3 month's supply...90 capsules. I had the receipt for it on my email inbox. The bottle had only 30 in it, with 2 refills. I have always had my prescriptions for 3 months at a time, as getting refills from my pharmacy... More...
